All floor standing systems include 2 paper trays and a deluxe stand. Add additional paper capacity by selecting additional paper trays or the large capacity paper tray that provides an additional 2000 to 4000 pages.You can configure the device to have multiple types of paper in each paper tray - letter heads, recycled paper, standard office copy paper, color paper and so on.

By selecting the fax option, your device would be configured with a fax board that accepts a physical phone line. End users can now walk up  to the copier and fax documents OR can also fax directly from your PC. You can also receive incoming faxes into an email address - very useful feature to save paper and toner.
