With these six simple steps, you no longer have to worry about getting a new copier for your office.


STEP 1 - Select your Copier


Using our advanced smart copier search, select the right multifunctional copier system for your office.  Select based on speed, monthly volume and price range.  Add accessories and select a maintenance plan - all on the same page. 


STEP 2 - Select Lease Term


Select the the length of your copier lease term. The copier monthly payment will adjust accordingly in the Smart Copier Cart Summary. Select the copier lease term option that the best meets your budget.     


STEP 3 - Review & Place Order (No Credit card required)


Complete checkout process with company information & delivery address. No payment necessary at this time. Our team will obtain the  necessary credit approvals, provide required lease documents and contact you to schedule a delivery date. 


STEP 4 - Sign Lease & Schedule Delivery will send via email a formal lease agreement and an order authorization form.  Sign both and indicate preferred delivery dates. Most of our copier leases have a zero down payment and zero due at lease signing.


STEP 5 - Free Delivery & Free Installation


Your new copier system is delivered and installed at your location.


STEP 6 - Free Copier Pick Up @ End of Smart Lease


No more hassles of returning old copiers.  At the end of your Smart lease, we pick up your copier, FOR FREE. You have to provide us written notification authorizing the pick up of the copier.
